1. The Travel Agent must, at least 5 working days before the date of transfer in the personal account in the Notes to the application, provide the Tour Operator with:

2. In case of a delay or postponement of the flight (train), the tourist must notify the travel agent and the representative of the tour operator (the contact number of the meeting person is indicated on the ticket) about this in advance, at least 3 hours before the declared meeting time.

3. In the absence of timely information, the receiving party delivers the transport by the declared meeting time, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.

4. If the client is not informed about the delay or non-arrival for any reason at the meeting point, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.

5. In the event of a delay or postponement of the flight (train) agreed by the parties, the expectation of tourists by a vehicle with a driver is made for an additional fee.

6. If the tourists indicated in the order the wrong mobile phone or the subscriber's phone is turned off for some reason, and the driver cannot find the tourists at the airport or railway station, the transfer is considered completed, the money is non-refundable.

7. The agent is obliged to provide tourists with contact numbers of our representative offices.
