I called the help desk - they answered that it was necessary to remove insurance from the order, then it would appear. There is no possibility to remove insurance in an already formed order. Cursed again, returned to the search page.

I listed flights again, missed insurance, filled out all the passport data (and this site is damn slow). During the filling, there was a strong feeling that the pages of the order with and without insurance are served by different scripts, although they look the same (in one case, spaces were inserted in passport numbers, in the other they were not). I got to the payment page, saw the option "pay later", chose it. A booking confirmation has been drawn, you can rejoice. And purely for the sake of interest, I decided to see what the mechanism for subsequent payment is. I am looking for where to indicate Visa / MasterCard - but they are not there. There is QIWI, Svyaznoy, EuroSet, WebMoney and other semi-legal crap, but there are no cards or bank transfers. Here we were already really fucked up, I called the help desk again - they explained "there is no technical possibility", they could not say anything more precisely. They offered to issue it through the operator by phone - imagining what it would be like to spell out the passport data of five passengers, he was horrified and refused.

As a person who is slightly familiar with programming, it is absolutely incomprehensible to me how it is possible to implement a system so as not to have a "technical possibility". It looks like it smacks of deliberate mockery. Or incredible curvature.

Then this restriction was found in the FAQ, but who in their right mind would think to be interested in this? Well, this is about the same as prohibiting payment by card if the sum of the digits of the passport number is not divisible by three.

Still swearing out loud, I started to look for how to remove the reservation. On the prudently left open page of the formation of the armor there was an item "cancel", but for some reason it was inaccessible. I went to my personal account, there in the "booking history" section I saw the reservation, and on the right - "delete the reservation". Joyfully clicked, the reservation disappeared from the list. Cursing already almost continuously, we draw up everything from the beginning (I again type all the passport data manually). I pay, waiting for some next trick - to my surprise, the payment goes through the first time.

In the same manner, they issued and paid for the second reservation - thank God, there were enough seats on the necessary flights. They breathed a sigh of relief.

Even in the process of registration, I had to log in to the site four times - the session constantly flies. It seems that I just saw my name in the title, and after the next redrawing of the page - "login / registration".

This morning they called from S7, with a kind of displeasure in their voice, they reminded me that I had two reservations for the same flights, one of which was not paid. Holding back with all his might so as not to swear again, he explained that the reservation was hanging solely because of their stupid restrictions.
